Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to love your jewellery! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Personalised or custom-made pieces are non-refundable.
What should I do if my jewellery arrives damaged?
Oh no! We’re sorry about that. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I return an item?
